雅思口语考官通常从以下四个方面来进行评分：
When you go into the speaking test, the examiner grades you in four areas:
FC--Fluency & coherence; 流利度与连贯性
GA--Grammar Range & Accuracy; 语法准确性与精确性
LR--Lexical Resource 词汇的丰富度
PR--Pronunciation 语音语调的流畅与清晰度

大家应该都清楚，雅思口语的第一部分一般都是些简单的寒暄，加上一些日常的问题。
因为问题一般都比较简单，所有很多考生都以为只要一两句话应付一下就行了。
比如：
问：
What was your favorite book or story when you were a kid?
小时候，你最喜欢的书或者故事是什么?
答：
The first book I remember really enjoying was ***. It took me only a few days to read because I liked it very much that I couldn't put it down.
我记得第一本我喜欢读的书是***。我只花了几天就读完了，因为我非常喜欢这本书，完全舍不得放下。
问：
Do you like reading?
你喜欢阅读吗?
答：
I like reading very much. I like reading different things such as novels, newspapers and magazines.
非常喜欢。我喜欢读不同的读物，比如小说、报纸和杂志。
这样的回答能拿高分吗?答案是不能。
建议：
1. 答案不要只是一到两句话。
2. 回答要尽量自然。
3. 尽量对你的答案进行补充说明。比如上述的第二个问题，大家可以这样说：
I like reading very much. I like reading different things such as novels, newspapers and magazines. However, most of my time is spent reading novels in order to relax and forget my problems.
我喜欢读不同的读物，比如小说、报纸和杂志。
但是我读得最多的还是小说，因为读小说能让我放松，忘记自己的烦恼。
4. 雅思阅读的Part 1一般考官会根据3-4个话题，问10-12个问题，时间在5分钟左右。
每个问题回答3句话左右即可。这个限制不是死板的，如果是你实在没话说，当然可以只回答一句;如果确实有很多渴望表达的，那也不要藏着掖着。总体控制在3句话左右，是一个最科学的状态。如果你语言能力够的话，尽可能稍微长一点，内容越详实越好。
